When we moved from Macon, GA back to our Statesboro home I was extremely apprehensive about daycare. My son was only 4 months old and I had already had a bad experience with another daycare facility. We found Kidovations through the interactive website which presented the facility as an innovative approach to childcare, which encompassed not only safety and care of the child, but also fosters faith, education and independence from a tender age. Immediately upon meeting with Tina and Jeff my husband and I felt a connection with the center. They were very open and honest, the center was very clean and they seemed to understand all my first parent concerns. My son was also going through some medical issues at the time, multiple surgeries and such, so I was probably a little more overprotective than most first time moms but they seemed very supportive. I first enrolled him on a drop in schedule. He adjusted quickly. Was very happy. Anytime he got clingy at drop-off I would get a video or photo later that day to ease my mind that he was in fact ok, and happy even. He eventually was enrolled full-time as my trust in the center grew. At just 18 months old he was identifying his colors, when he moved up to the two year old class he was counting to 10 in Spanish, 20 in English. I was amazed by how much he learned and how much enjoyed school. I love that my children love going to “school”, as we call it. The center is safe and secure…you can’t get in without a fingerprint code, which I love. I get videos, photos and texts about how my child slept, ate, learned and play. Any time I have ever had a concern with anything going on the director, teachers and supporting staff have all been extremely understanding and all issues have been addressed promptly. I now have a second child at Kidovations. I wouldn’t want them to be anywhere else when I’m working. Kidovations is truly the best center in the Boro!
