About Kidovations Educational Experience
Kidovations got its start in Statesboro in 2003 by Jeff and Tina Banks.
They started with 3 children in a home daycare set-up, which quickly grew into 2 facilities within Georgia!
Tina and Jeff Banks’ passion to care for young children and set them up for success drove them to develop a warm, home-away-from-home environment that serves the community.
At Kidovations, our Christian values are at the heart of everything we do! These core values alongside our educational curriculum help to nurture well-rounded and successful children.
We are a close-knit team that goes above and beyond to create a family feel in our preschool. Our facilities provide state-of-the-art security throughout, giving parents complete peace of mind as to the safety of their precious children.
Our team is highly qualified in all aspects of childcare!
We continually invest in our team and provide opportunities to further their knowledge and development which maintains their motivation, commitment, and enjoyment.
This could be through long-term qualification routes, short courses or in-house training.

Infant / Toddler Lead Teacher
Are you passionate about childhood education and helping children learn and develop?
We are looking for a driven and friendly Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher to join our amazing team at Kidovations Educational Experience. We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated team player who loves working with children.
As an Early Childhood Educator, your responsibilities and duties include (but are not limited to):
✳️ Oversee the direct care and supervision of children daily.
✳️ Complete all daily forms before clocking out. This consists of daily health assessments, daily meal counts, daily cleaning forms, transition forms, parent communication logs, and anecdotal records.
✳️ Ensure that parents are provided with ongoing information about their child and his/her day both through informal conversations at the beginning and end of the day and the use of a daily written report when appropriate.
✳️ Use the developmental evaluations, daily observations and your own knowledge of child growth and development to plan and implement a daily activity schedule for each child. Individualize to reflect each child’s interests and developmental needs.
✳️ Create, submit, and execute a developmentally appropriate lesson plan on the Wednesday proceeding the week of the lesson.
✳️ Provide a safe and healthy environment for children. Ensure that appropriate first aid is administered when necessary and document all injuries requiring first aid.
✳️ Demonstrate knowledge of and ensure continued compliance with licensing regulations and standards of care.
Requirements:
✅ Must be at least 18 years old.
✅ High School diploma or equivalent.
✅ Experience in Child care.
✅ Must have a positive and professional attitude.
✅ Pass the Mandated Decal Background Check.
✅ MUST have a CDA Credential to be considered for the position.

Pre-K Teacher
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Pre-K Teacher looking for a new opportunity?
We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team!
Our ideal candidate should be passionate about fostering a positive learning environment and be able to provide innovative, engaging and appropriate educational experiences for our students.
